WHO IS GOD?

When I was in lost in sin, a voice called out to me, and said, "Brenda, why are you doing this? Don't you know that I love you? You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and I love you".

I returned to the religion I had been brought up in, confessing to them that I had sinned, and I asked them, will Jehovah forgive me? They said, we don't know, but I knew it was God who spoke to me and said that he loves me, so I was determined to return to the Kingdom Hall. I tried to go back, but I could not, so I decided to find out who God is, by reading the Holy Bible.

I read the book of ISAIAH and God gave me beautiful promises, I knew the words were true, but I still did not know who God is, I was very upsit, cried every day, and went for mental counseling, all I wanted to know is, who is God. I listened to a lot of religious programs on radio and TV, but I could not understant or find out, who is God.

After about 1 year, I started reading the, New Testament, when I got to John 14:6, Jesus Christ reveled himself to me, he said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life; no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. My religion had told me that they were the, truth", my father always told me, "you are in the truth". I now knew that the way to heaven is not, any religion, but is Jesus Christ, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever belleveth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

Now John 1:1 became clear to me, it says, "In the beginning was the word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God". I chose, Jesus Christ.
